REMOVAL & LOAD OUT

• Buyers must pay in full before removing purchases.
• Load out is scheduled for July 22-25 BY APPOINTMENT ONLY 
• All items must be removed by Friday, August 8, 2025.
• Loading and handling of heavy items is the buyer’s responsibility.
• All property is sold AS IS, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
• Nutt Auction describes items to the best of its ability but is not responsible for errors or omissions. All descriptions are opinions and do not constitute warranties.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Bidders must agree to all terms before participating.
• Items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties. Buyers are responsible for determining the condition before bidding.
• All sales are final. Once bidding ends, the buyer assumes full responsibility for their purchase.
• The auctioneer reserves the right to:
  • Add or remove items, split or combine lots.
  • Place reserve prices or minimum bids.
  • Cancel, suspend, extend, or reschedule auctions.
• Nutt Auction Company is not responsible for accidents, thefts, errors, or omissions.
• Auction staff and the seller reserve the right to bid.

AUCTION CLOSING & BIDDING

• The auction closing time will be listed on the website.
• Maximum bidding is available. Enter your highest bid, and the system will bid for you in increments.
• If two bids are the same, the first bid entered will take priority.
• Outbid notices are available via email or text.
• Nutt Auction is not responsible for internet issues or system delays. Bid early to avoid last-minute complications.

LOAD OUT & PICKUP

• Buyers must check in with Nutt Auction staff upon arrival.
• Buyers are responsible for bringing their own packing materials, moving equipment, and manpower for loading. Auction staff will not assist with lifting or loading.
• Pickup must be completed within the designated time frame. Buyers who fail to pick up items may be subject to additional fees and forfeiture of purchases.
• The exact pickup location will be provided to winning bidders via a link on their paid invoice.
• Any damage caused during removal is the buyer’s responsibility.
• Nutt Auction reserves the right to refuse pickup if removal may cause damage or pose safety risks.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any dispute with Nutt Auction Company, LLC shall be handled in the Bowie County Texas Court. The buyer agrees to mediate any dispute before proceeding to trial.
