๐Ÿ’ฒ Buyer’s Premium & Title Fee

  • A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to all purchases (live and online).

  • A $35 Title Fee will be charged for all titled vehicles.

  • If Nutt Auction or the seller cannot deliver a clear title, the buyer will receive a full refund of the purchase price only.


๐Ÿงพ Payment Terms

  • All purchases must be paid in full before pickup.

  • Any buyer who has not paid in full by Monday, April 28, 2025, at 4:00 PM CST will have their card automatically charged for the full invoice amount.

  • By registering and bidding, you:

    • Authorize Nutt Auction to charge the card on file.

    • Agree not to initiate chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes.

    • Acknowledge that all sales are final and items are sold AS IS.

    • Understand that any dispute over valid charges may result in legal action.


๐Ÿšš Pickup & Load-Out

  • Buyers must check in with staff upon arrival and present a paid invoice.

  • All items must be removed by Thursday, May 1, 2025 at 1:00 PM CST, unless prior arrangements are made.

  • Items not picked up:

    • Will be deemed abandoned after May 1, 2025 and forfeited without refund.

     

  • LOADING & HANDLING HEAVY ITEMS IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER. Nutt Auction staff will not assist in loading heavy items.

  • Items used in photos (totes, crates, backdrops, etc.) are not included unless stated.

  • Auctions use MAX BID functionality: the system will bid automatically up to your maximum.

  • In the event of a tie bid, the earlier bid takes precedence.

  • If you're outbid, you’ll be notified via email or text (if enabled).

  • You can increase your max bid at any time, but cannot lower it.

  • Do not wait until the last second to bid—Nutt Auction is not responsible for internet delays or system glitches.


๐Ÿš› Load-Out Specifics

  • Bring your own help, tools, and packing materials.

  • Nutt Auction staff are not available to help load heavy items.

  • Load-out must be completed during the scheduled pickup window. Late pickups may incur fees or forfeiture.

  • Respect seller property—no wandering or use of private facilities.

  • If you arrive unprepared to load efficiently, you may be asked to wait or come back later.

  • Nutt Auction reserves the right to:

    • Refuse unsafe or damaging load-outs.

  • Buyers are liable for any damage to property or items caused during removal.

  • Nutt Auction Company, its staff, and the property owner are not responsible for any injury, accident, loss, or damage incurred on-site.
